Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lems, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit for your natural stride, we make the exchange or refund process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn shoes back in the original Lems box and secure it inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days of receipt.
